1. Overview
Activ365 ("the App") is published by Nano Synapsys (ABN pending), based in Australia. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles, what it does not collect, and your rights as a user. It complies with the Apple App Store guidelines and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
2. No Account, No Personal Information
Activ365 does not require an account, email address, or any personal information to use. There is no sign-in, no sign-up, and no third-party login of any kind. You can install the App and start tracking immediately.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, store remotely, or transmit any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details
- Apple ID or any third-party account identifier
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
- Browsing history or device fingerprints
- Advertising identifiers — the App contains no advertising SDKs
- Health or fitness data beyond what you type directly into the App
- Analytics, crash reports, or usage telemetry sent to any server
4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following data exclusively on your device using local browser storage (via the Capacitor WebView):
- Your workout goal (period and target number)
- Logged workout entries (date, type, optional notes)
- Completed goal history
- App preferences (colour theme, language)
This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any cloud service, not shared with any third party, and not accessible to Nano Synapsys.
5. Privacy Manifest (Apple Requirement)
As required by Apple, the App includes a PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest
declaring the following:
- NSPrivacyTracking: false — the App does not track users
- NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypes: empty — no data is collected
- NSPrivacyAccessedAPITypes: UserDefaults (reason CA92.1) — used only to store app-scoped preferences and workout data locally on the device
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Activ365 offers an auto-renewable subscription (Activ365 Monthly Premium at $5.99 AUD/month with a 3-day free trial). All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We never see, store, or process your payment card details or billing information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs payment data.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device.
7. Third-Party Services
Activ365 does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. The App is built with React and Capacitor — all dependencies operate entirely on-device.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. Because no personal data is collected, the App is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
9. Data Deletion
To delete all your data, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Reset Goal inside the App, or simply delete the App from your device. All locally stored data is removed when the App is uninstalled.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the App's functionality changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
