1. Overview
KickWiz ("we", "our", "the App") is published by Nano Synapsys. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles, how access is granted, and your rights. It complies with the Apple App Store guidelines, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and applicable data protection regulations.
2. No Account, No Personal Information
KickWiz does not require an account, sign-in, or personal information to use. There is no Sign in with Apple, no email and password login, no third-party login, and no sign-up flow of any kind. You can install the App and start using it immediately — access is granted automatically as soon as your subscription (or free trial) is active.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact details
- Apple ID, anonymised Apple identifier, private relay email, or any third-party login identifier
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or motion data
- Browsing history or device fingerprints
- Advertising identifiers — the App contains no advertising SDKs
- Health, fitness, or financial information
4. The Only Data Class We Declare: Purchase History
The single data class declared in the App Store privacy manifest is Purchase History — specifically, the active or inactive state of your KickWiz subscription as reported by Apple's StoreKit.

Subscription state is read on-demand from Apple StoreKit
(Transaction.currentEntitlements). It is not stored on any KickWiz server. New subscribers
receive a 5-day free trial; after the trial, the subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled.
Apple — not KickWiz — manages your payment information, billing, family sharing, and refund processing.
We never see your credit card details or Apple ID.
5. AI Analysis (Anthropic Claude API)
For active subscribers, KickWiz uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate match analysis. The data sent to the Claude API is strictly public match data:
- Team statistics and form
- Player performance metrics
- Historical fixture results
- Venue and conditions data
No personally identifiable information is included in any request. Because the App holds no personal information about you, there is no personal data to send. Anthropic processes API inputs under its Usage Policy and does not use API inputs to train its models. AI-generated content is clearly labelled within the App as "Deep AI Analysis."
6. AFL Data Sources
Match, fixture, ladder, and player data is sourced from the public Squiggle API and AFL.com.au. These are read-only requests for public information; no data about you is sent to either source.
7. On-Device Storage
- Cached match data: Public AFL data and generated analyses are cached on your device only (SwiftData) so the App is fast and works offline.
- Preferences: App preferences are stored in UserDefaults on your device.
- Encryption: All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS.
None of this on-device data is synced to a KickWiz server, and all of it is removed when you delete the App.

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
9. Your Rights
Because KickWiz collects no personal information, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. To manage your relationship with the App:
- Delete all local data: Uninstall the App. All cached data is removed with it.
- Manage your subscription: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

10. Children's Privacy
KickWiz is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under 17. As the App collects no personal information from anyone, this is enforced by design.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Apple Privacy Manifest
The App includes a Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declaring:
- Tracking: No tracking of users across apps or websites.
- Collected Data: Purchase History only — subscription active/inactive state.
- Required Reason APIs: UserDefaults (CA92.1 — app functionality).
