1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using KickWiz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
KickWiz is an AFL match analytics and prediction tool. The App uses statistical models and a five-agent AI ensemble to generate match predictions, player analysis, and team comparisons for educational and entertainment purposes.
KickWiz is NOT a betting or gambling platform. The App does not facilitate, process, or enable real-money wagering. No bets can be placed through this App. Predictions and odds displayed are for informational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Access and Subscription
Access to KickWiz requires an active auto-renewing subscription. There is no free version of the App and no free tier of features. Every feature is available to subscribers and to users in the free trial period.
- Free trial: New users receive a 5-day free trial. You may cancel at any point during the trial without being billed.
- Price: A$29.99 per month, billed monthly to your Apple ID.
- Renewal: The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. KickWiz cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. KickWiz does not process refunds directly.
- No account required: KickWiz has no sign-up, sign-in, or login of any kind. Access is granted automatically once your subscription or trial is active, by reading entitlements from Apple StoreKit.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. KickWiz does not collect or store payment information.
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 Nature of AI Predictions
The App uses a combination of local statistical models and Anthropic's Claude API to generate match predictions. AI-generated analysis is clearly identified within the App. The data sent to the Claude API is public match data only — no personally identifiable information is included.
5.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
Predictions are not guarantees of future outcomes. Sports results are inherently unpredictable. KickWiz makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction, analysis, or insight.
5.3 Not Financial or Betting Advice
Nothing in this App constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. You should not rely on KickWiz predictions when making financial decisions. If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and within your means.

7. Data and Privacy
KickWiz does not require an account or collect personal information. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of KickWiz including the prediction models, algorithms, user interface, and branding are owned by Nano Synapsys and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
AFL team names, logos, fixtures, and player data are sourced from publicly available data (Squiggle API and AFL.com.au) and remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple StoreKit: Subscription management and billing.
- Anthropic Claude API: AI match analysis (public match data only; no personal information sent).
- Squiggle API and AFL.com.au: Public AFL match data.
KickWiz is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KickWiz and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any losses resulting from reliance on predictions or analysis provided by the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
